Angela Stout started her real estate career in 2004 and has been licensed in 4 states while expanding her career from a listing agent, to property management, to real estate agent and full circle to seller and buyer clients. As a Regional Trainer for a major real estate brand in Northern California, Angela's enthusiasm, directness, and instruction drove agents to succeed and win in their business as entrepreneurs. Promoted to National Senior Trainer, Angela trained real estate agents in approximately 252 live training sessions across the United States delivering inspiring mindset and techniques to drive their business to success through utilizing their strengths and tools in their listing presentations, working with buyers, building their company teams, and developing a business plan. Angela's unique ability to speak, teach, and train concepts, education, and biblical or spiritual matters transcends across brands and cultural boundaries. As a John Maxwell Certified Trainer, Speaker, and Coach, she has taught and trained companies on various subjects such as Leadership, Communication, and Personal Development.

Angela comes from a family who has served in the Army, Air Force, and Navy and has 2 children and 4 grandchildren. Outside of real estate, Angela loves to hike, kayak, and spend time with her children and grandchildren who also live in Colorado.
